摘 要:为更好地满足人们对穿着舒适性的需求,基于聚乙烯醇纤维的吸湿膨胀特性,探讨了纺丝工艺对纤维湿响应驱动性能及织物热湿舒适性能的影响。结果表明,聚乙烯醇纤维具有优异的湿刺激响应性能和形状记忆性能。此外,由其编织而成的织物在吸湿后孔隙结构会增大,有效提高了织物的透气性和透湿性,显示出对湿气变化的灵敏响应性。这种特性赋予了织物智能调节人体热湿舒适度的潜力。To better meet the demand for wearing comfort,we investigate the influence of spinning processes on the moisture-responsive driving properties of fibers.The paper also explores the thermal-moisture comfort performance of fabrics.The research is based on the moisture-swelling characteristics of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fibers.The results demonstrate that PVA fibers exhibit excellent moisture-responsive performance and shape-memory properties.In addition,the fabric made from these fibers becomes more porous when the fabric absorbs moisture.These fibers increase the fabric's ability to let air and moisture pass through.The results also show that the fabric is very sensitive to moisture changes.The consequence of the paper endows the fabric with the potential for intelligent regulation of human thermal-moisture comfort.
