碳酸钙掺杂水凝胶的制备及其在止血方面的性能研究

摘  要:在创伤和外科手术中,快速止血是降低感染率和死亡率的决定性环节,快速止血材料的研发可以减少一系列并发症的发生。壳聚糖具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性,以及促进受损组织修复的功能。丙烯酰胺作为水凝胶材料时,具有机械性能好、化学性能稳定且水凝胶孔径可调节的特点。本文使用丙烯酰胺、羧甲基壳聚糖作为反应的主体,由此形成的水凝胶具有的稳定的孔径,可快速吸收血液中的液体,进而浓缩聚集红细胞和血小板,达到快速止血的目的。同时,水凝胶中添加碳酸钙,使钙离子留在水凝胶内作为凝血因子参与凝血过程,加快凝血速率。另外,由于水凝胶基体中加入了羧甲基壳聚糖,将水凝胶用于伤口修复,明显发现该水凝胶可有效降低伤口的炎症反应,从而加速伤口愈合。更重要的是,该水凝胶还具有较好的生物相容性,在细胞毒性实验中细胞存活率高达95%以上。因此,该水凝胶具有开发成为一种新型止血材料的潜力。Rapid hemostasis is a decisive factor in reducing infection and mortality rates in trauma and surgical procedures,and the development of rapid hemostasis materials can reduce a series of complications.Chitosan has good biocompatibility,biodegradability,and the ability to promote damaged tissue repair.When acrylamide is used as hydrogel material,it has good mechanical properties,stable chemical properties and adjustable pore size of hydrogel.In this paper,acrylamide and carboxymethyl chitosan are used as the main body of the reaction.The resulting hydrogel has a stable pore size,which can quickly absorb the liquid in the blood,and then concentrate and gather red blood cells and platelets to achieve the goal of rapid hemostasis.At the same time,calcium carbonate is added to the hydrogel to keep calcium ions in the hydrogel as coagulation factors to participate in the coagulation process and accelerate the coagulation rate.In addition,because carboxymethyl chitosan is added to the hydrogel matrix,the hydrogel is used for wound repair.It is obviously found that the hydrogel can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of the wound,thus accelerating the wound healing.More importantly,the hydrogel also has good biocompatibility,and the cell survival rate in the cytotoxicity experiment is up to 95%.Therefore,the hydrogel has the potential to develop into a new hemostatic material.
