摘　　要：该研究考察了温度、糊料种类对稳定剂FK-W12在防印浆中的稳定效果的影响,重点优化了稳定剂的应用添加量,同时分析了稳定剂对防印浆防印效果的影响。研究发现,耐亚硫酸钠稳定剂FK-W12可使得海藻酸钠、纤维素钠及淀粉类糊料耐压硫稳定性提升40%以上,24h黏度下降率均小于10%,且不影响防浆防印效果,解决了实际应用中因防浆黏度变化产生的搭色毛刺,印制品质提升。This paper optimized the addition amount of the sodium sulfite stabilizer FK-W12,investigated the effects of different temperatures and pastes on the stabilizer's effectiveness,and analyzed the stabilizer's influence on the anti-printing paste's anti-printing effect.The study found that the sodium sulfite stabilizer FK-W12 can improve the sulfur resistance stability of sodium alginate,sodium cellulose,and starch pastes by more than 40%,and the 24-hour viscosity reduction rate is less than 10%,without affecting the anti-slurry and anti-printing effect.It solves the problem of color-matching burrs caused by changes in anti-slurry viscosity in practical applications and improves the printing quality.
