摘　　要：为了明确工业防护口罩用熔喷法非织造布(G)、医用口罩用熔喷法非织造布(Y)和民用口罩用熔喷法非织造布(M)三大类产品的过滤效率和过滤阻力的评价指标,为FZ/T64114-2024《口罩用熔喷法非织造布技术规范》标准研制提供技术支撑,从全国范围内有代表性的20多家口罩用熔喷法非织造布卷材生产企业收集近400种代表性样品,样品包括电驻极和水驻极两种工艺,同时样品能够覆盖对应目前我国国内GB2626、GB19083、YY0469、YY/T0969、GB/T 32610、GB/T38880等6个口罩终端产品标准的熔喷布卷材,为了减小不同检测结构检测结果对评价指标的影响,将样品同步发给国内5家检测机构进行平行测试。通过对测试结果的统计分析,综合国内产品的生产技术给出了口罩用熔喷法非织造布过滤效率和过滤阻力的评价指标。In order to clarify the evaluation indicators of filtration efficiency and filtration resistance for three major categories of products:meltblown nonwovens for industrial protective mask(G),meltblown nonwovens for medical mask(M),and meltblown nonwovens for civilian mask(M),and to provide technical support for the development of the FZ/T 641142024"Technical Specification of meltblown nonwovens for masks"standard,nearly 400 representative samples were collected from more than 20 representative mask meltblown nonwoven rolls production enterprises nationwide.The samples include two processes:electrostatic polarization and water polarization.At the same time,the samples can cover the meltblown nonwoven rolls required by the current domestic standard of 6 mask terminal products,such as GB 2626,GB 19083,YY 0469,YY/T 0969,GB/T 32610,GB/T 38880.In order to reduce the influence of different detection structures on theevaluation indicators,the samples were sent to5 domestictesting institutionsfor parallel testing.Based on the statistical analysis of the test results,the evaluation indicators of filtration efficiency and filtration resistance of meltblown nonwovens for masks are given.
