摘  要:文章依据桩基施工基本原理,结合某特大桥桩基工程,提出了喀斯特强烈发育区铁路桥梁钻孔桩成孔施工优化技术。工程实践表明,文章提出的全套管全回转钻机+旋挖钻机成孔技术能有效避免溶洞封堵漏浆、塌孔埋锤、工期不可控及桩孔倾斜等问题,从而为类似喀斯特发育地区铁路桥梁桩基施工提供有益参考。Based on the basic principle of pile foundation construction,combined with the pile foundation engineering of a grand bridge,this paper puts forward the optimization technology for bored pile hole forming construction of railway bridge in karst strongly-developed area.The engineering practice shows that the hole forming technology of full casing full rotary drilling rig+rotary drilling rig proposed in this paper can effectively avoid the problems of slurry leakage in karst cave plugging,hole collapse and hammer burying,uncontrollable construction period and pile hole inclination,so as to provide a useful reference for the construction of railway bridge pile foundation in similar karst developed areas.
