摘  要:“国和一号”循环水系统排桩支护工程针对入岩深度大、岩石硬度高、施工工期紧等情况实行桩基施工工艺。该工程创造性地采用1+1复合成孔方式,即千米钻机配合冲击成孔钻机,先使用千米钻机从地面向桩孔内钻进施工,使钻孔均匀分布在排桩内,破坏桩孔内岩石的结构及完整性,降低整体岩层的承受力,再使用冲击成孔钻机进行成孔,以实现短期内完成排桩施工目标。这一技术创新,为复杂工程的桩基施工提供了新的思路和方法。"Guohe No.1"circulating water system solider pile wall support project implements pile foundation construction technology for large rock depth,high rock hardness,and tight construction period.The project creatively adopts the 1+1 combined hole forming method,that is,the kilometer drilling rig cooperates with the percussive hole forming rig.Firstly,the kilometer drilling rig is used to drill from the ground to the pile hole,so that the drilling holes are evenly distributed in the solider pile wall,which destroys the structure and integrity of the rock in the pile hole and reduces the bearing capacity of the whole rock layer.Then,the percussive hole forming rig is used for hole forming,so as to achieve the goal of completing solider pile wall construction in a short period of time.This technological innovation provides new ideas and methods for pile foundation construction of complex projects.
