共振碎石化技术应用于路面改造的工艺研究

摘  要:随着公路使用年限的增长,大量旧水泥混凝土路面出现了破损、裂缝等问题,严重影响了道路的使用性能和行车安全。为了提高资源利用效率,促进“白改黑”公路大中修项目的落实,可采取共振碎石化材料再利用技术,进行路面基层施工。文章通过对水泥路共振碎石化技术的研究,确保了共振碎石化施工质量和道路耐久性,利用破碎后的路面加铺沥青层,大幅提升了施工效率,避免了反射裂缝的产生。实例结果表明,该工程选用的测点沉降数值均满足施工规范,因此,可以证明该技术具有显著的优势和广阔的应用前景。With the increase of highway service life,a large number of old cement concrete pavements are damaged and cracked,which seriously affects the road performance and traffic safety.In order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and promote the implementation of the"white to black"highway maintenance project,resonance crushing material reuse technology can be adopted for pavement base construction.Through the research on the resonance crushing technology of cement road,the construction quality of resonance crushing and road durability are ensured,and the construction efficiency is greatly improved and the generation of reflection cracks are avoided by overlaying asphalt layer on the broken pavement.The results of the example show that the settlement values at the measuring points selected in the engineering meet the construction specifications,so it can be proved that the technology has significant advantages and broad application prospects.
