摘 要:在地铁施工建设中,盾构法是常用的掘进方法。盾构机在富水砂层掘进时,由于细颗粒较少,很难使土仓渣土具备良好的塑性,从而影响螺机的土塞效应,且粉砂与粉土地层的地下水具有承压性,施工过程中易产生喷涌、地表沉降等问题。因此,文章以郑州市轨道交通4号线土建02标两个盾构区间施工工程为例,详细阐述了土压平衡盾构在富水砂层中施工控制措施和解决方法,以便为同类项目的顺利开展提供参考。Shield method is a common tunneling method in subway construction.When the shield machine is tunneling in the water-rich sand layer,it is difficult to make muck in the soil bin have good plasticity due to the small number of fine particles,thus affecting the soil plug effect of the screw conveyor,and the groundwater in the silt layers is pressure-bearing,which is easy to produce problems such as gushing and surface settlement during construction.Therefore,this paper takes the construction engineering of two shield intervals of the civil engineering 02 bid on Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 4 as an example to elaborate the construction control measures and solutions of the earth pressure balance shield in the water-rich sand layer,so as to provide reference for the smooth development of similar projects.
