摘  要:文章基于不同抗震需求,详细分析了针对建筑外部、内部及基础部分的三大类加固技术,如使用外包钢加固、黏滞阻尼器加装、增设钢支撑、提升纵向与横向刚度、地基加固和桩基增强等手段提升建筑整体抗震能力,通过实测和数据对比分析,发现加固后的建筑抗震性能有了显著的提升,由此证实了该研究方案的有效性和可行性。Based on different seismic requirements,this paper analyzes three types of reinforcement technologies in detail for the external,internal and foundation parts of the building,such as using steel-encased reinforcement,retrofitting viscous damper,adding steel support,improving longitudinal and transverse stiffness,strengthening foundation and enhancing pile foundation to improve the overall seismic capacity of the building.Through the comparison and analysis of the actual measurement and data,it is found that the seismic performance of the strengthened building has been significantly improved,which confirms the effectiveness and feasibility of the research scheme.
