摘  要:代建杭临绩扬溪跨S01溧黄高速公路大桥桥梁承台大体积混凝土施工过程中,水化热效应会导致混凝土内部温度急剧上升,若不采取有效的温度控制措施,易引发温度裂缝,进而影响结构的安全性与耐久性。基于此,文章结合案例工程,分析了大体积混凝土的水化热效应及其对结构的影响,提出了针对性的温控方案。通过对施工过程中的温度监测与后期裂缝检测,验证了温控方案的有效性,避免了结构裂缝的产生。In the construction process of mass concrete in bearing platform of Bridge under agent construction mode of Hanglinji High-speed Railway Yangxi Station across S01 Liyang-Huangshan Expressway,the hydration heat effect will lead to a sharp rise in the internal temperature of concrete,which is prone to cause temperature cracks if effective temperature control measures are not taken,thus affecting the safety and durability of the structure.Based on this,this paper analyzes the hydration heat effect of mass concrete and its influence on the structure combined with the case engineering,and puts forward a targeted temperature control scheme.Through the temperature monitoring and crack detection in the later stage in the construction process,the effectiveness of the temperature control scheme is verified and the structural cracks are avoided.
