摘 要:工业厂房屋面长期暴露在外界环境中,易受各种自然因素的侵蚀,导致屋面渗漏、腐蚀等问题,传统的防水材料和方法逐渐难以满足现代工业建筑的需求。基于此,文章分析了聚脲的性能特点,并结合工程实例验证了聚脲防水在工业厂房屋面应用的可行性。研究表明,聚脲防水材料不仅具有优异的耐候性、抗老化性和附着力,还能有效提高屋面防水层的耐久性和可靠性,为工业厂房提供更持久和稳定的防水保护。The roof of industrial plant is exposed to the external environment for a long time,which is vulnerable to the erosion of various natural factors,resulting in roof leakage,corrosion and other problems,and traditional waterproof materials and methods are gradually difficult to meet the needs of modern industrial buildings.Based on this,this paper analyzes the performance characteristics of polyurea,and verifies the feasibility of the application of polyurea waterproof in the roof of industrial plants with engineering examples.Studies have shown that polyurea waterproof materials not only have excellent weather resistance,aging resistance and adhesion,but also can effectively improve the durability and reliability of the roof waterproof layer,providing more lasting and stable waterproof protection for industrial plants.
