摘 要:为了提高桥梁施工质量,预防和控制施工安全事故,文章以苦竹溪大桥为案例,提出了基于5M1E因素分析法(man—人员;machine—机器;material—材料;method—方法;measurement—测量;environment—环境)和层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)的施工质量与安全管理控制方法。通过构建5M1E因果体系,识别了人员、材料、方法、机器、测量和环境对桥梁施工质量的影响,并采用层次分析法制定了质量控制流程,明确了工程质量与施工因素之间的相关性。结果显示,苦竹溪大桥施工中梁箱尺寸偏差需控制在0~-5 mm,通过全站仪或经纬仪检查轴线偏位时,每段检查2处,结果均<10 mm;墩台竖直度高≤5 m时,竖直度≤5 mm。由此证明,该方案通过采用科学的管理方法和严格的质量控制,有效提高了钢箱梁桥的施工质量,减少了施工事故的发生。In order to improve the quality of bridge construction,and prevent and control construction safety accidents,this paper takes Kuzhuxi Bridge as an example,and proposes construction quality and safety management and control methods based on 5M1E factor analysis method(man,machine,material,method,measurement,environment)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).By constructing 5M1E causal system,the influence of man,material,method,machine,measurement and environment on the quality of bridge construction is identified,the quality control process is formulated by using Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the correlation between engineering quality and construction factors is clarified.The results show that the size deviation of the girder box in the construction of Kuzhuxi Bridge should be controlled at 0--5 mm;when the axis deviation is checked by total station or theodolite,the results are all less than 10 mm in each section with two checking places;when the verticality height of the pier is less than 5 m,the verticality is less than 5 mm.It is proved that the scheme can effectively improve the construction quality of steel box girder bridge and reduce the occurrence of construction accidents by adopting scientific management methods and strict quality control.
