摘 要:钢结构在建筑屋面中的应用日益广泛,为了提高钢结构屋面的防水性能,保证建筑安全,文章分析了屋面板接口、屋脊、天沟、屋顶基础设施等位置的防水问题,提出了优化天沟、加大屋面坡度、屋脊防水、合理选择屋面板搭接形式等常规防水措施,并引入了新型高分子防水材料热塑性聚烯烃弹性体(thermoplastic polyolefin,TPO)卷材。随后,以某钢结构厂房为研究对象,分析了TPO卷材的应用要点和应用效果,为类似钢结构屋面防水处理提供了一定的参考。The application of steel structure in building roof is becoming more and more extensive.In order to improve the waterproof performance of steel structure roof and ensure the safety of building,this paper analyzes the waterproof problems at the positions such as roof panel interface,roof ridge,gutter and roof infrastructure,and puts forward some conventional waterproof measures,such as optimizing gutter,increasing roof slope,roof ridge waterproof,and reasonably selecting roof panel lap form,and introduces a new type of polymer waterproof material thermoplastic polyolefin(TPO)membrane.Then,taking a steel structure factory building as the research object,the key application points and application effects of TPO membrane are analyzed,which provides a certain reference for similar steel structure roof waterproof treatment.
