盾构穿越河相淤泥质地层施工风险分析与控制

摘  要:长沙地铁3号9标烈士公园东站—丝茅冲站区间盾构隧道穿越浏阳河古河道,含河相淤泥质地层,地表建筑密集,地层条件复杂,施工难度较大。为了顺利推进挖掘工作,文章结合地表建筑调查和地质钻孔资料进行精细化建模,并针对该复杂地层施工及第三方风险进行了详细分析,提出地层加固风险应对措施。研究结果表明,经过高压旋喷桩加固后,古河道河相淤泥质地层稳定性显著提升,盾构机在穿越加固地层时掘进效果良好,为类似工程下盾构穿越河相淤泥质地层施工提供了积极参考。The shield tunnel between East Martyrs Park Station and Simaochong Station on Changsha Metro Line 3 bid 9 crosses the ancient river channel of Liuyang River,which contains river-phase silty stratum,dense surface buildings,complex stratum conditions and high construction difficulty.In order to smoothly promote the excavation work,this paper combines the surface building survey and geological drilling data to carry outfine modeling,analyzes the complex stratum construction and third-party risks in detail,and puts forward the risk response measures for stratum reinforcement.The research results show that after the reinforcement by the high-pressure rotary jet pile,the stability of the river-phase silty stratum of ancient river channel is significantly improved,and the shield machine has a good tunneling effect when crossing the reinforced stratum,which provides a positive reference for the construction of shield crossing the river-phase silty stratum under similar engineering.
