摘 要:许多既有厂房在设计之初并未考虑光伏板的质量,使其结构承载能力不足,在加装光伏板后无法承受新增的荷载,易出现结构变形、开裂甚至坍塌现象。因此,文章聚焦于碳中和背景下既有工业厂房加装光伏板体系转换法设计,详细介绍了通过在门钢梁增设三角桁架或斜腿、主梁间加设纵梁,以及加高檩条等方法,旨在提升厂房承载能力,满足加装光伏板的需求。同时,文章还给出各环节施工流程、技术要点及涉及的公式,涵盖调试与验收流程、数据标准等内容,旨在为既有厂房加装光伏板提供科学有效的体系转换设计方案,推动绿色能源应用与工业建筑改造协同发展。Many existing plants did not consider the quality of photovoltaic panels at the beginning of design,so that their structural bearing capacity was insufficient.After retrofitting photovoltaic panels,they could not bear the additional load,and were prone to structural deformation,cracking and even collapse.Therefore,this paper focuses on the design of the system conversion method for retrofitting photovoltaic panels in existing industrial plants under the background of carbon neutrality.It introduces in detail the methods of adding triangular trusses or inclined legs to the door steel beam,adding longitudinal beams between the main beams,and heightening purlins,aiming to improve the bearing capacity of the plant and meet the needs of retrofitting photovoltaic panels.At the same time,it also gives the construction process,technical points and formulas involved in each link,covering the debugging and acceptance process,data standards,etc.,aiming to provide a scientific and effective system conversion design scheme for retrofitting photovoltaic panels in existing plants,and promote the coordinated development of green energy application and industrial building transformation.
