摘  要:随着城市管网系统建设的日益完善,管网运行养护时产生的通沟污泥越来越多。针对通沟污泥含水率高、无机物质含量高的特征,案例工程采用多级筛分工艺,将通沟污泥分离成三类单一稳定的物质(粒径>10 mm的粗大物质、粒径为0.2~10.0 mm的细砂、粒径为2~10 mm的有机物质),然后用板框压滤机将多级分筛后的混合液含水率降低至60%,以实现污泥的减量化、无害化和资源化利用。设置循环水处理系统,采用平流沉淀池+高效沉淀器+压力过滤罐工艺,实现节水生产,从而为通沟污泥处理处治工程提供借鉴和参考。With the increasing improvement of the construction of urban pipe network system,more and more collected sewer sediments are produced during the operation and maintenance of pipe network.Aiming at the characteristics of high water content and high inorganic substance content of collected sewer sediments,the multi-stage screening technology is adopted in the case engineering.The collected sewer sediment is separated into three kinds of single and stable substances(coarse substance with particle size more than 10 mm,fine sand with particle size of 0.2-10.0 mm,organic substance with particle size of 2-10 mm),and then the water content of the mixed liquid after multi-stage screening is reduced to 60%by plate and frame filter press,so as to realize the reduction,harmlessness and resource utilization of sewer sediments.The circulating water treatment system is set up,and the process of horizontalflow sedimentation tank+high-efficiency precipitator+pressure filter tank is adopted to realize water-saving production,so as to provide reference for the treatment and disposal engineering of collected sewer sediments.
