摘　　要：通过对江苏省连云港市社会环境监测机构的现状分析,深入了解目前存在的问题,并根据政府部门的政策引导,提出对策和建议,包括加快建立部门协同监管体系,完善第三方检测保障系统,从而为推进环境监测市场的有序发展提供帮助。Through an analysis of the current situation of social and environmental testing institutions in Jiangsu Lianyungang,we have gained a deep understanding of the existing problems.Based on government policy guidance,we have proposed countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the establishment of a departmental collaborative supervision system,improve the third-party testing guarantee system,and provide assistance for promoting the orderly development of the environmental testing market.
