大气环境污染防治策略研究

摘　　要：大气环境污染是全球性问题,污染物主要包括颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物和挥发性有机物,会对人体健康、生态系统和气候造成严重危害。本文重点提出大气环境污染防治策略,包括调整能源结构、加强工业污染管理、控制交通运输污染以及增加城市绿化,还介绍了温室气体减排技术、颗粒物控制技术、二氧化硫和氮氧化物控制技术以及挥发性有机物控制技术等技术措施。Atmospheric pollution is a global problem,mainly including particulate matter,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,and volatile organic compounds,which can pose serious hazards to human health,ecosystems,and climate.This article focuses on proposing strategies for preventing and controlling atmospheric environmental pollution,including adjusting energy structure,strengthening industrial pollution management,controlling transportation pollution,and increasing urban greening.Technical measures have also been proposed,such as greenhouse gas emission reduction technology,particulate matter control technology,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide control technology,and volatile organic compound control technology.
