摘  要:水环境中的微生物是生态系统平衡的维持者、环境变化的指示物,开展水环境微生物监测有助于精准评估和监测水体的污染程度及环境污染修复效果。因此,相关职能部门应积极开展水资源监测,充分发挥水质微生物实验室的重要作用,切实保障居民饮水的安全,尽可能规避水资源污染对居民健康带来的不良影响。基于此,本文从微生物实验室检测技术相关要求着手,针对样品采集流程展开深入分析,并为提升检测质量提出几点有效策略。Microorganisms in water environment are the maintainer of ecosystem balance and indicator of environmental change.The monitoring of microorganisms in water environment is helpful to accurately assess and monitor the degree of pollution and the remediation effect of environmental pollution.Therefore,relevant functional departments should actively carry out water resources monitoring operations,give full play to the important role of the water quality microbiology laboratory,effectively ensure the safety of drinking water for residents,and avoid the adverse effects of water resources pollution on residents’health as much as possible.Based on this,this paper started with the relevant requirements of microbiology laboratory testing technology,carried out in-depth analysis on the sample collection process,and put forward several effective strategies for improving the testing quality.
