排污单位自行监测工作中的常见问题及建议

摘　　要：自行监测工作受管理机制不完善、部门联动不及时、工作重视程度不够等因素的影响,导致该项工作存在监测质量不高、企业主体责任履行不到位,以及信息公开错漏多等问题。本文从排污单位自行监测角度出发,分析了自行监测工作中存在的问题,并提出建议,以期为管理部门和排污单位的自行监测工作提供参考。The self-monitoring work due to the imperfect management mechanism,the department linkage is not timely,the degree of attention to the work is not enough and other factors,resulting in the quality of the monitoring work is not high,the main responsibility of the enterprise is not in place,and the information disclosure error and leakage.From the point of view of the self-monitoring of pollutant discharge units,this paper analyzed the problems in the self-monitoring work,and gave suggestion,in order to provide reference for the management department and the self-monitoring of pollutant discharge units.
