摘 要:试验旨在研究过瘤胃葡萄糖(RPG)对围产后期娟姗牛生产性能和脂肪代谢的影响。选取120头健康娟姗牛,按照体重和胎次情况,随机分为4个试验组,每组30头。4个试验组(A组、B组、C组和D组)分别在基础日粮中添加150、250、350 g·d^(-1)和450 g·d^(-1)过瘤胃葡萄糖,试验期21 d。结果表明:与A组相比,B组、C组和D组干物质采食量分别增加2.0%、2.72%和3.67%(P<0.05),D组干物质采食量显著高于B组(P<0.05);与A组相比,B组、C组和D组产奶量分别提高0.33、0.59 kg·d^(-1)和0.79 kg·d^(-1)(P<0.05);D组乳蛋白和乳脂产量显著高于A组、B组和C组(P<0.05);与A组和B组相比,C组和D组血液中β-羟丁酸(BHBA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,围产后期娟姗牛日粮添加RPG可以提高干物质采食量,提高产奶量,降低BHBA水平,缓解娟姗奶牛能量负平衡。根据产奶量和BHBA含量,RPG在围产后期娟姗奶牛的适宜添加量为350 g·d^(-1)。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of rumen protected glucose(RPG)on the productive performance and fat metabolism of Jersey cows in the late perinatal period.In the experiment,a total of 120 healthy Jersey cows were selected and randomly divided into four experimental groups with 30 Jersey cows per group,according to body weight and parity.The four experimental groups(group A,group B,group C and group D)were fed basal diet supplemented with 150,250,350 g·d^(-1) and 450 g·d^(-1) rumen protected glucose,respectively.The results showed that compared with group A,the dry matter intake of group B,group C and group D was increased by 2.0%,2.72%,and 3.67%,respectively(P<0.05)and the dry matter intake of group D was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the milk yield of group B,group C and group D was increased by 0.33,0.59 kg·d^(-1) and 0.79 kg·d^(-1),respectively(P<0.05).The yields of milk protein and milk fat in group D were signi-ficantly higher than those in group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).Compared with group A and group B,the contents ofβ-hydroxybutyric acid(BHBA)in the blood of group C and group D were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding rumen protected glucose(RPG)to the diet of Jersey cows in the late perinatal period could increase the dry matter intake,improve milk yield,reduce BHBA level in the body and relieve the negative energy balance of Jersey cows.Based on the result of milk yield and BHBA level,the suitable addition amount of RPG for Jersey cows in the late perinatal period was 350 g·d^(-1).
