饮水添加螺旋藻对小鼠体重、血细胞指标和抗感染能力的影响

摘  要:为探索饮水中添加螺旋藻粉对小鼠体重及血液中白细胞总数(White blood cell count,WBC)和中性粒细胞数(Neutrophil granulocyte,NEU)指标及抗感染能力的影响,试验通过设置三组小鼠饮水中添加不同浓度螺旋藻粉(20、40 mg·L^(-1)和60 mg·L^(-1)),对照组饮用蒸馏水,每周采集每组小鼠体重及血液细胞指标一次,获取数据变化,试验期22 d。并在试验最后一天腹腔注射大肠杆菌3×10^(7)CFU·mL^(-1),待24 h后在小鼠未死亡之前采集血液,记录血液细胞指标变化。结果表明:饮水中添加螺旋藻粉可有效提高小鼠体重,其中40 mg·L^(-1)螺旋藻组对小鼠体重提升影响显著(P<0.05);饮水中添加螺旋藻粉后小鼠WBC、NEU均有先上升后恢复正常的表现,表明小鼠正常日粮发生变化时会有短期的适应过程;在对小鼠腹腔注射大肠杆菌24 h后,20 mg·L^(-1)螺旋藻组的WBC和NEU显著低于其他组,说明20 mg·L^(-1)螺旋藻组对细菌感染反应最低,其抗炎、抗感染能力更强(P<0.05)。The purpose of the study was to explore the effects of Arthrospira platensis(A.platensis)powder on body weights,White blood cell count(WBC)and Neutrophil granulocyte(NEU),abilities of anti-infection of mice.Three groups of mice were fed with drinking water supplemented with different concentrations of A.platensis(20,40 mg·L^(-1) and 60 mg·L^(-1)),and the control group was fed with distilled water.Body weight and blood cell indices were detected once a week for 22 days.On the last day of the trial,3×10^(7) CFU·mL^(-1) of E.coli was injected intraperitoneally.After 24 hours,the blood was collected before the mice died,and changes in blood cell indices were recorded.The results showed that supplementation with A.platensis powder in drinking water could improve the body weight of mice,and 40 mg·L^(-1) A.platensis had significant effect on the weight of mice(P<0.05).After adding A.platensis powder to drinking water,both the WBC and NEU of mice increased at first and then returned to normal,indicating that there was a short-term adaptation process when the normal diets of mice were changed.The WBC and NEU of A.platensis group at 20 mg·L^(-1) were significantly lower than those of other groups,indicating that supplementation with 20 mg·L^(-1) A.platensis had the lowest response to bacterial infection,and had stronger antiinflammatory and anti-infective abilities(P<0.05).
