摘　　要：饲料是畜牧业发展的物质基础,占养殖投入的70%以上。近年来,由于各种因素导致饲料原料价格不断上涨,养殖成本不断上升,加之2024年以来,牛肉价格的持续走低,给肉牛养殖业带来了巨大压力。文章对宁夏固原市常用的胡麻饼、马铃薯渣等11种地源性饲料开展营养成分检测分析,旨在为促进地源性饲料资源的开发及在畜牧业上推广应用提供参考。Forage is the material basis for the development of animal husbandry and accounts for more than 70%of farming inputs.In recent years,the prices of feed raw materials have continued to rise due to various factors,leading to increasing breeding costs.Moreover,from 2024 the continuous decline in beef price has put tremendous pressure on the beef cattle farming industry.The nutritional components of 11 local forage commonly used in Guyuan City,Ningxia were analyzed,such as linseed cake and potato residue,which provided a reference for promoting the development of the province's terrestrial feed resources and promoting their application in animal husbandry.
