摘 要:随着某气田逐渐进入开发中后期,部分气井地层压力、产量持续下降,依靠自身能量及常规排采工艺已无法满足气井连续携液生产需求。由于措施无法有效排液,井筒表现出不同程度积液特征,严重影响了气井最终采收率。结合某气田地面集输工艺特点及各类助排工艺适应性,开展循环气举工艺设计,选取试验平台开展现场试验,通过分析气井产能、优化气举气量、循环气举工艺流程,形成了以平台为单位的循环气举工艺,可满足套管连续注气助排的生产需求,对低压低产水平气井排水采气工艺现场实施具有一定的借鉴意义。As a gas field enters the mid-and later stage of development,some gas wells face a decline in formation pressure and production.The conventional gas lifting process is unable to meet the continuous production requirements.Due to the inability to effectively drain liquids,the wellbore shows varying degrees of liquid accumulation,severely impacting the ultimate recovery rate of the gas wells.In this study,a cyclic gas lifting process was designed based on the characteristics of the gas field's surface gathering and transportation processes,as well as the adaptability of various auxiliary drainage methods.Field tests were conducted on a well pad,where the gas well capacity was analyzed,the gas lifting volume optimized,and the process flow for cyclic gas lifting was developed.The resulting process,structured around the pad unit,can meet the continuous gas injection requirements for carrying liquids,providing useful insights for the implementation of water drainage and gas production techniques in low-pressure,low-production gas wells.
