摘 要:牙轮钻头滑动轴承常因摩擦而产生大量热量,在复杂工况下难以散热进而引起磨损失效。经验证:合理布置表面织构能够有效降低轴承摩擦、提高轴承寿命。通过采用单因素法对纳秒脉冲激光相关加工参数与圆形凹坑织构的关系进行试验,明确了圆形凹坑织构有效的加工方式和单因素变量法控制下激光功率、扫描次数的变化对凹坑直径和深度变化的影响。最终确定直径300μm、深度40μm圆形织构的纳秒激光参数:功率14~16W,扫描速度250~350mm/s、加工次数5~7次。该研究为加工圆形织构选取激光参数提供了理论依据,将推动仿生表面织构纳秒激光微加工技术在钻头滑动轴承的工业化生产应用。Roller cone drill bit sliding bearings often generate a large amount of heat due to friction,and under complex operating conditions,they struggle to dissipate heat,leading to wear failure.Through experimentation,it has been confirmed that reasonable surface texturing can effectively reduce bearing friction and extend bearing life.Using a single-factor method,the relationship between nanosecond pulse laser processing parameters and circular pit texture was studied.The results clarified the effective processing method for circular pit textures and the impact of changes in laser power and scan frequency on pit diameter and depth under single-factor variable conditions.The optimal laser processing parameters for producing circular textures with a diameter of 30μm and a depth of 40μm were determined to be:power 14-16 W,scanning speed 250-350 mm/s,and processing times 5-7 cycles.This study provides theoretical guidance for selecting laser parameters for circular texture machining and will promote the industrial application of biomimetic surface texturing nanosecond laser microprocessing technology in roller cone drill bit sliding bearings.
