摘  要:多级射孔技术已成为页岩油气、致密油气、煤层气等清洁能源的最常用技术,为适应大规模开发下低成本、高时效、高成功率的发展需求,提出智能化多级射孔技术研究思路,旨在通过系列井下功能性短节、地面系统集成控制、多级射孔智能软件进行“导航”式指引,通过射孔和测井“跨界”深度结合,在射孔作业时实现工程参数可视化、施工操作精细化、流程控制智能化,紧密贴合当前国际国内石油工程领域的智能化发展趋势,可提高针对各复杂井和高难度井的施工能力,提升施工时效和施工成功率,具有前瞻性意义。Multi-stage perforation technology has become the most commonly used technology for clean energy sources such as shale oil and gas,tight oil and gas,and coalbed methane.In order to meet the demands of large-scale development for low cost,high efficiency,and high success rates,this paper proposes a research approach for intelligent multi-stage perforation technology.The goal is to provide“navigation”-style guidance using a series of downhole functional short joints,surface system integration control,and intelligent multi-stage perforation software.By deeply integrating perforation and logging,this approach achieves the visualization of engineering parameters,refinement of operational processes,and intelligent control of workflows.This method aligns with the current trend of intelligent development in the global and domestic petroleum engineering fields and can enhance operation capabilities for complex and challenging wells,improve efficiency,and increase success rates,offering forward-looking significance.
