摘 要:连续油管在油气井作业中应用广泛,可作为井筒内的完井管柱进行快速排液提产,近年来在页岩气田已普遍应用,在检管期间发现部分管柱发生腐蚀穿孔及断裂情况。分析常规连续油管在井筒内腐蚀的原因,研究如何对其进行防腐处理,结合常用防腐工艺及连续油管管材特点,设计了一种针对常规连续油管完井管柱的防腐工艺技术,实现一次完成对整盘连续油管的内壁防腐,以增加其使用寿命,减少井下管柱复杂情况。Coiled tubing is widely used in oil and gas well operations,providing a fast way to drain liquid and enhance production.Recently,coiled tubing has been increasingly applied in shale gas fields,but some tubing strings show corrosion,pitting,and fracture during inspection.This paper analyzes the corrosion causes and develops an anti-corrosion treatment method for coiled tubing,combining common anti-corrosion technologies with the characteristics of tubing materials,and enabling the interior of the entire coiled tubing string to be coated with corrosion-resistant materials in one operation.The designed method improves the anti-corrosion protection of coiled tubing,thus extending its service life and reducing downhole complications.
