摘　　要：跃进3-3XC井位于新疆沙雅县境内,完钻井深9432.55m,属于超深大位移水平井,存在井眼清洁难度大、断裂带漏失地层控压钻进,摩阻扭矩大、长裸眼段钻压和扭矩传递困难、高温仪器寿命不足等技术难点。通过高效定向技术攻关,配合中石化自研TEL200耐高温MWD仪器的应用,成功实现钻探目标,刷新亚洲最深水平井记录。Well Yuejin 3-3XC,located in Shaya County,Xinjiang,was drilled to a depth of 9,432.55 m,making it an ultra-deep,large-displacement horizontal well.The well faced several technical challenges,including difficulty in maintaining hole cleaning,drilling through fractured zones with lost circulation and pressure control,high friction and torque,challenges in managing WOB and torque transmission in long open-hole sections,and insufficient tool life in high-temperature conditions.Through the application of efficient directional drilling technology and the use of Sinopec's self-developed TEL200 high-temperature-resistant MWD tools,the drilling objectives were successfully achieved,setting a new record for the deepest horizontal well in Asia.
