渝西区块深层页岩气井落鱼特征及打捞工艺研究与应用

摘　　要：近年来,随页岩气井生产规模加大、生产时间延长,油管因腐蚀落井呈多发态势,造成气井产量下降,生产周期缩短,甚至造成井报废。目前页岩气水平井井控风险高、井眼小、配套工具及工艺不完善,落鱼打捞难度大、成功率低,无法有效保障页岩气井的可持续生产。为解决此难题,在渝西区块开展深层页岩气水平井腐蚀油管打捞关键技术研究与应用,形成一套针对性的套磨捞一体化工具及工艺配套方案,提高了打捞成功率,保障了页岩气井持续安全有效开发。In recent years,with the increasing scale and extended production time of shale gas wells,the frequency of tubing falling into the wellbore due to corrosion has also risen,leading to a decline in gas production,shorter production cycles,and even well abandonment.Currently,shale gas horizontal wells face high well control risks,slim wellbores,and inadequate tools and technologies,making fishing challenging with low success rates,which cannot effectively ensure the sustainable production of shale gas wells.To address this issue,key technologies for recovering corroded tubing in deep shale gas horizontal wells in the Western Chongqing Block have been studied and applied.A comprehensive tool and process solution integrating tubing milling and fishing has been developed,which significantly improves the success rate of retrieval and ensures the continuous,safe,and effective development of shale gas wells.
