摘 要:随着涪陵页岩气田勘探开发的不断深入,在生产的中后期,气井的积液问题也越来越凸显,严重影响了气井的生产时率和产能释放,甚至缩短气井累产寿命。连续油管电缆超声雾化排水采气技术作为一种创新设计的页岩气井排水采气技术,具有高效、节能、环保等优点。通过对该新型排采技术的原理、装置、工艺参数等方面开展研究,确定了该技术应用于矿场生产的可行性。As the exploration and development of the Fuling shale gas field progresses,the issue of liquid accumulation in gas wells has become more prominent in the later stages of production.This severely impacts the gas well production rate and capacity release,and can even shorten the well's cumulative production life.The coiled tubing cable ultrasonic atomization for water drainage and gas production technology,a newly designed shale gas well drainage and gas production technique,offers advantages such as high efficiency,energy savings,and environmental friendliness.Through study into the principles,devices,and process parameters of this technology,the feasibility of its application in field production has been confirmed.
