小套管井分注调配工艺应用研究

摘  要:针对油田使用4″套管完井的注水井分注工艺存在着封隔器工作不稳定,易失效,以及偏心分层调配、投捞测试效率低的难题,通过分析影响小套管分注工艺尤其是测试调配成功率的主要因素,并采取相应的对策,对井下封隔器、锚定器器进行改进和优化,开发出小直径分层调配投捞器及其操作方法。对满足小套管井分注和提高调配测试施工效率是一次有益尝试。This paper addresses the challenges encountered in injection distribution technology for injection wells completed with 4″casing,including instability and failure of packers,as well as inefficient eccentric separate-layer injection and setting-fishing testing.By analyzing the key factors affecting small-casing injection distribution,we propose corresponding measures and have improved packers and anchors.A small-diameter separate-layer injection distribution tool and its operational methods have been developed,offering a beneficial attempt to improve injection and testing efficiency in small casing wells.
