关于有效发挥基层监督网格员作用的实践与思考——以中石化重庆涪陵页岩气勘探开发有限公司为例

摘　　要：涪陵页岩气公司通过科学构建监督网格、探索优化运行机制、多措并举助力监督等措施,有效发挥基层监督网格员作用。针对部分监督网格员对监督工作的重要性认识不足、开展监督能力不足、推动监督深度不足等问题,提出了以服务式引导促进能力水平提升、渗透式监督促进监督质效提升、贯穿式管理促进成果转化提升的思路与对策。Fuling Shale Gas Company has effectively utilized primary-level supervisory grid administrators by constructing a scientific supervision grid,optimizing operational mechanisms,and employing multiple strategies to enhance supervision.In response to issues such as insufficient awareness of the importance of supervision,lack of supervisory skills,and inadequate depth of supervision,the company has proposed solutions to improve capabilities through service-oriented guidance,enhance the quality and efficiency of supervision via penetration-based approaches,and promote result transformation through integrated management.
