参甲胶囊联合谷维素对糖尿病患者心脾两虚型阳痿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究院内制剂参甲胶囊联合谷维素对糖尿病患者心脾两虚型阳痿的临床疗效观察。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病并发阳痿患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用一般西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上,用院内制剂参甲胶囊联合谷维素治疗,比较两组血液生化指标、阳痿改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);心脾两虚型阳痿的主要典型症状倦怠乏力、纳呆食少、尿频、心悸失眠、阳痿,观察组与对照组相比有显著性改善(P<0.05),国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)评分情况观察组较对照组有显著提升(P<0.05)。结论参甲胶囊联合谷维素治疗心脾两虚型阳痿的糖尿病患者,血糖水平稳定,心脾两虚型阳痿情况得到改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of hospital preparation Shenjia capsule combined with oryzanol on patients with diabetes impotence of heart and spleen deficiency.Methods 60 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with impotence in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with general western medicine,the observation group were received Shenjia capsule based on the treatment of the control group,The improvement of blood biochemical indexes and impotence were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the main typical symptoms of impotence with deficiency of both heart and spleen,such as fatigue,lack of appetite,frequent urination,palpitation,insomnia and impotence were significantly improved in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of international index of erectile function(IIEF-5)of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Shenjia capsule combined with oryzanol is a effective treatment for maintaining the blood glucose level of diabetic patients and improving the impotence due to deficiency of both heart and spleen,and worthy of clinical application.
