基于HAPA模型的人工髋关节置换术围手术期康复护理

摘　　要：目的探讨健康行动过程取向(HAPA)模型指导对人工髋关节置换术围手术期护理效果的影响。方法研究我院接受髋关节置换手术的200名患者,按照是否进行HAPA模型指导下的护理分为对照组和观察组,比较两组护理满意度、疼痛评分、Harris髋关节功能评分、起立-行走测试时间、MBI评分和生活质量评分。结果观察组护理满意度较高,疼痛评分、Harris髋关节功能评分、起立-行走测试时间和MBI评分均较对照组更优(P均<0.05)。生活质量评分方面,观察组在生理功能、心理功能、社交功能和健康自我认知评分上较对照组更好(P均<0.05)。结论基于HAPA模型的人工髋关节置换围手术期康复护理方案可行且有效。Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of HAPA model on the perioperative nursing effect of artificial hip replacement.Methods The study included 200 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery in our hospital.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to whether they were offered nursing ased on HAPA model.The nursing satisfaction,pain score,Harris hip function score,et-up-and-go test time,MBI score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction and better pain scores,Harris hip function scores,get-up-and-go test time and MBI scores than the control group(all P<0.05).Regarding quality of life scores,the observation group was better than the control group in physical functioning,psychological functioning,social functioning and health self-perception scores(all P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative rehabilitation nursing program for artificial hip replacement based on the HAPA model is feasible and effective.
