摘　　要：山姜素是一种天然化合物,主要存在于姜科植物中,近年来因其多种药理作用而受到关注。本文综述了山姜素的药理特性及其在不同疾病治疗中的作用。认为未来的研究应当着立于开展严谨的临床试验和大规模的流行病学调查,以全面评估山姜素的安全性和疗效。Alpinetin,a natural compound primarily found in Zingiberaceae plants,has gained attention in recent years due to its diverse pharmacological effects.This review summarizes the pharmacological properties of alpinetin and its potential in the treatment of various diseases.Current evidence suggests that future research should prioritize conducting rigorous clinical trials and large-scale epidemiological investigations to ensure a thorough assessment of alpinetin's safety profile and therapeutic efficacy.
