摘  要:为了改善台车式退火炉炉内温度分布不均匀的问题,利用计算流体力学模拟了炉内燃烧过程,研究了过量空气系数、空气预热温度以及排烟口位置等参数对其炉内流场及温度场的影响。结果表明:当过量空气系数为1.05时,炉内中心截面平均温度最高,达520.3℃;改变排烟口位置,有利于提高炉膛内流场及温度场的均匀性,当上排烟位于上壁面中心位置时,速度不均匀系数降低了33%,温度不均匀系数降低了19%。该研究成果可为台车式退火炉的设计、运营提供参考。In order to improve the uneven temperature distribution inside the trolley type annealing furnace,the combustion process inside the furnace was simulated using computational fluid dynamics.The effects of parameters such as excess air coefficient,air preheating temperature,and exhaust port position on the flow field and temperature field inside the furnace were studied.The results show that when the excess air coefficient is 1.05,the average temperature of the central section inside the furnace is the highest,reaching 520.3℃;Changing the position of the exhaust outlet is beneficial for improving the uniformity of the flow and temperature fields inside the furnace.When the upper exhaust is located at the center of the upper wall,the velocity non-uniformity coefficient is reduced by 33%and the temperature non-uniformity coefficient is reduced by 19%.This research result can provide reference for the design and operation of trolley type annealing furnaces.
