大盘圆罩式炉内罩的强化传热研究

摘  要:针对大盘圆罩式炉炉内温度不均匀、生产效率不高的问题,对罩式炉内罩的强化传热进行了研究。采用理论分析、数值模拟等手段,提出一种新型带导流筒的内罩,从保护气氛流速、导流筒夹层厚度、内罩结构等方面详细分析了不同因素对内罩传热的影响。实验结果表明:当保护气氛流速为25 m/s、导流筒夹层厚度为100 mm、旋流片角度为30°、旋流片高度为500 mm时内罩传热效率最佳;在最佳条件下,内罩内炉温均匀性更好,综合传热系数提升约7%。A study was conducted on the enhanced heat transfer of the inner cover of a large circular hood furnace to address the issues of uneven temperature and low production efficiency.A new type of in-ner cover with a guide tube is proposed using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and other methods.The influence of different factors on the heat transfer of the inner cover is analyzed in detail from the as-pects of flow rate of protective atmosphere,thickness of guide tube interlayer,and structure of inner cover.The experimental results show that when the flow rate of the protective atmosphere is 25 m/s,the thickness of guide tube interlayer is 100 mm,the angle of the swirl plate is 30°,and the height of the swirl plate is 500 mm,the heat transfer efficiency of the inner cover is the best.Under the optimal conditions,the unifor-mity of the furnace temperature inside the inner cover is better,and the comprehensive heat transfer coeffi-cient is increased by about 7%.
