摘　　要：针对氮窑烧结软磁铁氧体工艺,以工艺曲线为基准,详细介绍了氮窑使用初期的工艺调节方法,包括推进速度调整、温度调整、进气控制、排气控制以及氧含量设置,并介绍了常见产品质量问题的处理方法和措施,为工艺人员快速掌握设备的工艺操作和调节方法提供参考。Aiming at the process of nitrogen kiln sintering soft magnetic ferrite,based on the process curve,the initial process adjustment methods for nitrogen kilns are introduced in detail,including propulsion speed adjustment,temperature adjustment,intake control,exhaust control,and oxygen content setting.It also introduces the handling methods and measures for common product quality problems.It provides a reference for process personnel to quickly master the process operation and adjustment methods of equipment.
