摘　　要：《能源法》是我国能源高质量安全发展的法律保障。介绍了《能源法》对我国能源结构、能源安全和双碳目标的影响,《能源法》的施行有利于我国能源高质量发展,有利于提升我国能源的安全性,有利于促进经济社会及企业的绿色低碳转型和发展。The Energy Law is the legal guarantee for the high-quality and safe development of energy sources in China.The introduction of the Energy Law impacts China's energy structure,energy security,and dual carbon goals.The implementation of the Energy Law will contribute to the high-quality development of China's energy sector,enhance national energy security,and promote green and low-carbon transformation and development across the economy society and enterprises.
