摘　　要：针对燃煤发电厂发生全厂停电时极易引起设备损坏的情况,结合近年来电力系统不同企业在应对全厂停电时正、反两方面的经验,对全厂停电时存在的重要风险点进行阐述,并提出应急处置措施、重点防范措施方面的建议,供燃煤发电厂参考。In allusion to the cases that equipment damage are prone to occur due to the blackouts of coalfired power plants,the key risk points that exist in case of such a plant blackout are presented combined with the experience of different enterprises in the power system in dealing with both positive and negative aspects of a plant blackout in recent years,and the suggestions for emergency response measures and key prevention measures are put forward for reference by peers.
