摘　　要：深化双重预防机制建设、强化安全风险管控和隐患排查治理,成为高标准、高质量贯彻落实国家《安全生产治本攻坚三年行动方案(2024-2026年)》的重要任务。通过分析双重预防机制运行中存在的主要问题,提出深化双重预防机制的对策,构建治本攻坚长效机制,以达到安全事故源头治理和科学预防的目的。Deepening the construction of a dual prevention system,strengthening safety risk control and hidden trouble investigation and management are among the essential tasks in implementing the national Three Year Action Plan for Safety Production(2024-2026)with high standards and quality.By analyzing the dominant problems existing in the operation of the dual prevention system,the countermeasures are put forward to deepen the dual prevention system and build a long-term mechanism for permanent solutions for the source management of safety accidents and scientific prevention.
