摘 要:针对某50 MW槽式光热示范电站集热器出现的支撑基座变形、集热器转动速率快保护频繁动作、集热器拒动故障,通过现场排查、系统分析和试验验证等方法,找出异常的原因,并分别研究提出了多项治理方案。综合技改成本、预期效果、施工难度、施工周期及其他优缺点,选取可行性最优的方案开展技术改造,提升了集热器的运行可靠性和电站的发电能力。In allusion to the failures occurred in the heat collectors of a 50 MW trough solar-thermal power station including the deformation of support bases,fast rotation rate of collectors leading to frequent protection actions,and collector failure to operate.By means of on-site investigation,system analysis and test verification,etc.,the anomaly causes are found out,and the corresponding multiple management schemes are proposed based on study.With the comprehensive consideration of technical transformation costs,expected effects,construction difficulty,construction period as well as other strong and weak points,an optimal feasible scheme is selected to carry out the technical transformation,which improves the running reliability of heat collectors and the power generation capacity of the power station.
