摘  要:为了解决脱钩器不能顺利脱钩问题,建立了脱钩器力学模型,分析了脱钩器脱钩动作过程,给出了脱钩器具有自锁功能的原理解释,得出了卡舌与卡爪的接触面是确保脱钩器能否顺利脱钩关键所在。在此基础上,优化了卡舌与卡爪的接触面,分析了脱钩器开始脱钩时卡舌的受力状态,得到卡爪在人力作用下对卡舌施加的作用力能够破坏卡舌自锁状态,给出了该作用力的解析结果。实践表明,改进后的脱钩器动作丝滑,达到了顺利脱钩的目的。In order to solve the problem that the detacher could not be smoothly detached, the mechanical model of the detacher was established, and then the detaching action process of it was analyzed, which gave a principle explanation of the self-locking function of the detacher. It was concluded that the contact surface between the buckle and the claw was the key to ensure the smooth detaching of the detacher. On this basis,the contact surface between the buckle and the claw was optimized, and the stress state of the buckle when the detacher began to detach was analyzed. Then, it was obtained that the force exerted by the claw on the buckle under the action of human force could destroy the self-locking state of the buckle, and the analytical results of the force were given. The application showed that the improved detacher could move smoothly, which achieved the purpose of smooth detaching.
