摘  要:某特大型铜矿项目处理量为45 000 t/d,初始磨矿工艺为创新型的SABC顽石开路流程,后改造为SABC标准流程。选厂先后应用不同的半自磨工艺,但磨矿主机设备未改变,这为探讨不同半自磨流程的工艺参数和运行特点等提供了基础数据。基于该铜矿的2种半自磨流程,重点对工艺参数、运行工况、磨矿性能及优化等方面进行了详细对比与分析,可为半自磨工艺生产与设计的技术人员提供参考。The processing capacity of a super-large copper mine project was 45 000 t/d. The initial grinding process was an innovative SABC pebble open circuit, and then it was transformed into SABC standard circuit.The concentrator had used different semi-autogenous grinding circuits without changing the grinding host equipment, which provided basic data for exploring process parameters and operating characteristics of different semi-autogenous grinding circuits. Based on the two semi-autogenous grinding circuits in the copper mine,process parameters, operating conditions, grinding performance and optimization were compared and analyzed in detail, which could provide reference for technicians in the production and design of semi-autogenous grinding process.
