摘  要:为解决矿井局部通风系统功率不能随工作面情况自动调整,且风筒相关参数多采用人工监测,存在实时性差、测量标准不统一等问题,根据局部通风智能化建设要求,提高局部通风系统智能化水平,对局部通风机运行过程中的智能控制原理进行分析,对其通风状态和主要控制因素进行研究,提出智能化调控方案。在有网络和无网络下,对集控式和分布式放通风参数进行实时监测,并根据伯努利方程计算局部通风系统的通风阻力,以此实现功耗分析功能;根据瓦斯涌出规律,进行需风量匹配分析,设计了5种基于瓦斯体积分数的差异化变频调节;利用贝叶斯算法,支持向量机实现了异常研判、可靠性分析及三维可视化预警。以常村煤矿1303工作面运输巷为例,对不同性能风筒的通风参数进行了实测,通过计算得出,拉链式风筒在百米风阻和百米漏风率等参数上远优于普通风筒,验证了局部通风参数计算方法以及局部通风异常研判的可靠性。In order to solve the problem that the power of the local ventilation system in mine could not be automatically adjusted with the working face, and the relevant parameters of the ventilation duct were mostly monitored manually, which had problems such as poor real-time performance and inconsistent measurement standards, the intelligent level of the local ventilation system was improved according to the requirements of the intelligent construction of the local ventilation, and the intelligent control principle during the operation of the local ventilator was analyzed. Then, the ventilation state and main control factors were studied, and the intelligent control scheme was put forward. The centralized and distributed ventilation parameters were monitored in real time with and without network, and the ventilation resistance of the local ventilation system was calculated according to Bernoulli equation, so as to realize the power analysis function. In addition,according to the gas emission law, the required air volume matching analysis was carried out, and five kinds of differential variable frequency regulation based on gas concentration were designed. The bayesian algorithm and the support vector machine were used to realize abnormal detection, reliability analysis and 3D visual early warning. Taking 1303 working face transport roadway of Changcun Coal Mine as an example, the ventilation parameters of ducts in different performance were measured, and the calculation showed that the zipper duct was much better than the ordinary duct in hectometer ventilation resistance and hectometer air leakage rate, which verified the reliability of the calculation method of local ventilation parameters and the anomaly investigation of the local ventilation.
