摘  要:以高锰钢为材料,利用铸造模拟软件ProCAST对斗齿铸件浇注工艺的充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,该浇注系统充型时间较长,充型温度较高,导致在斗齿铸件内部产生了较大的缩松。对浇注工艺参数及浇注系统进行优化,并进行数值模拟。结果显示,工艺优化后,该斗齿铸件表面质量良好,内部凝固速度加快,减少了工艺缺陷,降低了废品率。With the high manganese steel as the material, the filling and solidification process of the casting process of bucket tooth was numerically simulated by using the casting simulation software Pro CAST. The simulation results showed that the filling time of the gating system was long and the filling temperature was high, resulting in significant shrinkage and looseness inside the bucket tooth casting. After optimizing the parameters of the pouring process and the pouring system, and conducting the numerical simulation, the results showed that after the process optimization, the surface quality of the bucket tooth casting was good, the internal solidification speed was accelerated, the process defects were reduced, and the rejection rate was significantly reduced.
