摘 要:面向多层老旧小区住宅改造中的太阳能利用问题,基于上海市以多层住宅为主的老旧小区案例数据建立研究原型,对屋顶及立面的太阳辐射状况进行了量化分析;以不影响老旧小区综合改造目标为前提,结合老旧小区的基础条件明确了太阳能设备可利用区域;通过模拟测算不同利用方式组合的光电转化效率,提出了在能效、经济性、可行性等方面较为平衡的策略,并测算了上海市老旧小区太阳能利用的综合效益;借鉴国外相关经验,在设计、实施等方面提出了建议。Aiming at the problem of solar energy utilization in the renovation of multi-storey old residential areas,a research prototype was established based on the case data with multi-storey residential areas in Shanghai,and the solar radiation status of roof and facade was quantitatively analyzed.On the premise of not affecting the comprehensive reconstruction goal of the old residential area,the utilizable area of solar energy equipment is defined according to the basic conditions of the old residential area.By simulating the photoelectric conversion efficiency of different utilization modes,a balanced strategy in energy efficiency,economy and feasibility was proposed,and the comprehensive benefit of solar energy utilization in the old residential areas of Shanghai was calculated.Some suggestions on design and implementation are put forward for reference to foreign experience.combinations of utilization methods,a relatively balanced strategy in terms of energy efficiency,economy,and feasibility was proposed.The comprehensive benefits of solar energy utilization in old residential areas in Shanghai were calculated,and suggestions were made in design and implementation based on foreign experience.
