摘　　要：随着健康中国战略的实施和健康城市的建设,目前的老旧住区暴露出外部空间品质差、道路规划不合理等问题,已难以满足人们对健康住区环境的需求。在对天津老旧住区的实地调研和对健康住区重要评价体系分析的基础上,通过对外部空间健康构成要素及营造特征的辨析,构建健康人居视角下老旧住区外部空间健康性评价指标体系,运用专家打分法、层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行指标权重的确定和量化。选取3个天津市不同建设阶段的老旧住区开展实证研究,从外部空间的活动环境、人文环境、社会环境和物理环境4个维度入手,总结老旧住区健康性问题,最后针对研究中发现的环境短板提出优化对策。With the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy and the construction of healthy cities,the current old settlements have exposed problems such as poor quality of external space and unreasonable road planning,which are difficult to meet people's needs for a healthy residential environment.Based on the field investigation of old residential areas in Tianjin and the analysis of important evaluation systems of healthy settlements,through the identification of the health components and construction characteristics of external space,the external space health evaluation index system of old residential areas from the perspective of healthy human settlements was constructed,and the expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy method,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to determine and quantify the index weight.Three old settlements in different construction stages in Tianjin were selected to carry out empirical research,and the health problems of old settlements were summarized from the four dimensions of external space activity environment,human environment,social environment,and physical environment.Finally,optimization countermeasures are proposed for the environmental shortcomings found in the study.
