摘　　要：在理论研究的基础上,采集重点文献,整理访谈记录和建筑实例的文本数据,通过扎根理论的分析方法和NVvo12质性分析工具,引入与建筑设计相关联的维度,从规划、设计、管理3个层面搭建基层公共文体中心的设计要素框架,阐释其通过显性活力和隐性活力作用于邻里活力的影响机制,并以深圳和香港地区的基层公共文体中心为例,揭示基层公共文体中心设计要素与邻里活力的内涵和关联,为设计师及相关工作人员提供理论参考与实践指导。Based on the key literature,interviews with relevant professionals,and project descriptions,this research aims to investigate how the design of public culture and leisure centers and neighborhood vibrancy relate to grounded theory as the analysis method and NVivo12 as the qualitative analysis tool.Dimensions related to architecture design are introduced to build the framework,including planning,design,and management.Taking Shenzhen and Hong Kong region as examples,this paper explains the influence mechanism,the connotation,and the relationship by analyzing the explicit vibrancy and implicit vibrancy.The strategies for urban planning,architecture design,and service management can be proposed to improve neighborhood vibrancy by proper construction of primary-level public culture and leisure centers.
