多层级“可调”构架——泉州传统民居组群单元的要素协同机制解析及其在现代建筑设计中的体现

摘　　要：以传统民居组群单元在不同地域、尺度的组织自相似性为线索,以“步”“丈”尺度探讨其理想图式至现状形式的“可调”机制。以系统性构架为切入点,审视空间与结构要素在单元中的协同关系,将其分为“体量-框架”“界面-表皮”“细部-构件”3个层级作为解析基础。以泉州传统民居组群为研究样本,通过比较分析各层级的要素协同特征,分别解析视线过白控制、流线通风疏导、节律多线叙事的“可调”构架,揭示单元内空间与结构要素的多层级协同建构方式。最后置于当下设计语境,结合现代建筑案例的择取与评析,从视线过白异化、流线层次解构、节律叙事替换层面,探讨多层级“可调”构架在当代地域性建筑设计中的运用逻辑与方法。Drawing on the self-similarity of organizational units within traditional residential clusters across different regions and scales as a clue,this study explores the mechanisms of“adaptability”from concept schematics to the forms of status quo through the“Bu”and“Zhang”scales.By employing a systematic framework as an entry point,it examines the synergistic relationships between spatial and structural elements within the units,dividing them into three analytical levels:“volume-skeleton”“interface-envelope”and“detail-member”In a case study of Quanzhou traditional residential clusters,a comparative analysis is conducted to examine the adjustability construction of sight line control,airflow guidance,and rhythmic narrative.The hierarchical synergistic construction methods of spatial and structural elements within cluster units are revealed by this analysis.By selecting and evaluating modern architectural cases to explore the logic and methods for applying the hierarchical“adaptability”construction in contemporary regional architectural design from the perspective of sight line transformation,streamline deconstruction,and rhythmic substitution.
